question bout mounting a procharger on a iron block
The kit i got uses a stock style ls1 alternator to mount the alternator lower drivers side. Then routed around to the stock tensioners etc. Now a iron block doesnt have the block threaded in that one spot where one of the bolt goes (so u cant use the BMR alternator bracket). I want to buy a race EWP and run just a short belt to the balancer but i wouldnt be able to tension it. Then to top it all off the procharger bracket uses that that hole on the block to mount the brackets. Who here drilled/tapped there iron block to mount this stuff? Or what did you do?

Drill and tap that hole/tab then do what this guy did for the other missing boss. I made something similar like this but used steel stock from H-Depot. Can't tell you how good it works yet since I haven't fired up the F1A.
