Default TT Chevelle goes 10.53 @ 133.68

Went to the track yesterday and got myself into the 10 second club. Running a stock rod/piston LQ4 with twin borg 256's at 15 psi on the 10.53 and 10.62 runs. The 10.8X run I was running about 12 psi. I am now planning on rasing the boost to see how fast I can go with the stock short block. I should have listened to Larry and Jim and just gone with the 3 bar right out of the gate!

Damn brakes are a big issue also since my best 60' was 1.70. The rest were in the low to high 1.8 range.

Congrats your car really moves out. I like how clean and quiet it is, you have a real sleeper. I was also at Byron on Sat. I had the Silver SS Camaro with Streetlites.

Congrats Dave !!!! Gotta love the stealth setup for sure.
I can only imagine what is left on the table with those 1.8x 60ft times.
Let's get the damn brakes upgraded so you can actually launch ON BOOST !!!!
5psi launch + 2 psi more boost = 9.99999999 ???????

Do it, do it !!!

Thanks everyone. I wonder how far it can be pushed with a 3 bar and full tank of some good gas? Good pistons and rods go in this off season.

INTMD8, I think it's alll in the tune

DTB_LS1, nice ride! Didnt have much time to watch Saturday. How did your car run?

I dig up the half assed build threads and post them on here.

congrats

The car needs to leave on some boost and you will see a low 10 sec pass. The car is very cool and such a sleeper.
