It depends on where the ac compressor is mounted. Bob

I doubt this Transplant kit will clear your GTO's wheelwell, it will be interesting to see if it fits. Bob

I know the F-1C fits and I think that a guy that goes by t-bonesgoat has upgraded to the F-1R.

Is the F-1R that much bigger then the F-1C? Might be a possablity we might have to notch a little area which is fine.

The F-1C and F-1R use the same housing, that is not the problem. The problem I see is the Transplant bracket may shoot the blower into the wheelwell. have you tried mounting the bracket yet? Bob

Bob from my understanding and talking to procharger direct the F-1C is a direct bolt on. I am sure they use the same bracket for the cog which i am going to use. Here is a GTO with the F-1C and its close to the wheel well however no mods required. Your doing the same F-1C on cody's car right?

Yes we are using an F-1C on Cody's GTO, however we are using the ProCharger GTO bracket assembly. The Transplant cog design is for older cars that are using an LS engine. I don't know for sure that the Transplant bracket won't work in a GTO, but I have my suspicions that you're going to run into major clearance problems. Bob

Bob, does your cog setup move the blower farther forward? I don't think I have room between the blower and the alt for that cog to fit? Assuming fbody config, would I lose A/C?

Bob talked to procharger and they said there would be a few small mods they said the main difference was that the gto had a spring load belt system vs the cog does not. They were asking about the coolent res and stuff which I dont have any of that stuff. So I guess I will wait and let everyone know how it turns out.
