dyno before vortech install. 312HP
dyno after vortech install. 312HP

boost guage read 9lbs, the boost guage is tee'd in to the brake booster line off the back of the intake manifold.

youve got a leak somewhere, and it sounds like it is holding your bypass valve and the blower cant make any boost

if the bypass valve was open wouldn't it not show any boost on the boost guage, since it connected to the back of the manifold?

youd think so, but what else would explain that?

what kind of cam and timing are you running? you could have the wrong cam i supose and all the boost is leaking out with the overlap, but there would still be some power gain.

HAHA!
How about this:
Before my Vortech install: 405RWHP
After Vortech install: 365RWHP

Now, after some SERIOUS dyno tuning, better injectors, better fuel pump:
521.9RWHP

GET IT TUNED.

Here are Both Dyno Graphs, the A/F was 11.5:1 the whole way across the board after vortech install, so it's actually a little rich, but not enough to kill over 100 horse power. I just copied my friends timing table from his 99 vortech car, gonna see if that makes a difference.

waring large pics so you can see the graphs.

If you had a leak in the piping you would not see 9psi probaly would not see any boost. Could be a head gasket but we`ll hope not. are you still running cats?

I would also think it would be a good idea to do a compression test on all of the cylinders. Dont get me wrong I would hate for you to have some compression issues but its another place to look. Did you try Autotap it and see if there was any knock retard. That might have also took some power.
