You would know if you were in boost. Might have pooped a coupler off also.

How do you have your catch can setup run? How did you attach it to the turbo inlet?

Have you check the on/off button for the turbo Just ******* with ya........ Hey you would not still happen to have the extra cold side piping? Also sounds like you have a leak somewhere. Maybe the couplers? I have a couple of new boost gauges made by Banks. If you want one to use a secondary ( maybe mount it under the hood?)

Lol at first I blew the 90* coupler off the IC, then I clamped it on. I found 3 leaks all within a foot of each other; BOV, IAT sensor and the TB. The TB just needs more clamping to seal, the IAT needs silicon and with the BOV, I just need to get the pipe further into the BOV(that odd BOV im running). Im still ecstatic.

Boost leaks should be fixed, just spent like an hour grinding the BOV and piping to make them slide together nicely. IAT sensor now has some silicone and I did a once over on all the clamps and tightened em. Need to start work on the wideband and see whats going on with it. Looks like its trying to snow so I dont know when I will be able to take it out again. Also need to find a hobbs switch to run my 2nd pump.

Napa or another local parts store should have them.

I was pushing oil past all the seals so it was smokey on the way home but i put 100 miles on it and it was fine except for the leak and tranny running hot. Just spent 250 bucks on a Derale cooler with fan and SS braided lines for it.

Did you do your fuel pump already? I did mine this weekend, with the hotwire kit...wasn't too bad really.

Dont know exactly what I did but the wideband is working now. Reading about 11.8-12 at idle. I cant drive it anywhere because we managed to get almost a foot of snow in the last 2 days

It will melt soon. More time to work out the kinks.

I will be taking mine to the track next Sunday (weather permitting) to get a base time with a base tune, low timing and boost.

Made my first scans today, in neutral for obvious reasons. Trickled it up to about 3400rpms so I can look at the a/r the whole way. Sent the log to Frost so he can do some work on it. Also made my first tweaks and have gotten rid of my SES light lol. Also put in the short shifter, its about 2.5 inches shorter than stock. Put on the turbo blanket, which was a pain in the *** because of the wastegate's location. Also put the interior back together and most of the front of the car minus the bumper. I figured that since Im going to be using a hobbs switch that I should leave it off for now. I also still need a 4" inlet filter to go on the turbo, so if anyone has one lying around let me know. Heres some pics:

its been awhile since this has been together

Data port in ashtray

shes sleeping.
