Looking good Snyper! Thanks for all of your help! I went and picked up my LS1 in Michigan from an older retired GM mechanic yesterday! The thing is in great shape! Fully rebuilt and a bunch of new parts!

Just reading through your posts I decided I am going to start bracing the rear end of my 350z so I don't have the same issues with the differential. I think I am going to look into ways to strengthen the axles also. I live 20 minutes away from Great Lakes Dragway so I am going to have to do some after work racing and drive it home still... and I got a heavy foot like you :-)

Also, when I was running the 4" exhaust on my ST I had the O2 bung welded to the downpipe about 8" after the turbo where the was a straight section. I would put yours under the passenger side head on the DP if it was me.

front o2's right after the manifolds and wideband in the downpipe

werd!

O2 sensors dont even work under 600 degrees F, old styles let the exhaust heat them up, nowadays they have electric heating elements in them, hence the 4 wire plug. heater power, heater ground, sensor ground, and signal.

put the upstream O2's in the hotsides right below or as close to the manifolds as you can get, and a wideband in the downpipe.

Heres some of the new fuel setup. It will be just about completely hidden under the Vette FR covers except for the cross over in the back. I have -10 going to the pump and -8 feeding the rails with a -6 return.

And heres the pump setup with the filters on it almost done. I screwed up the fitting going from the tank to the pump so I had to order a new one. Once I have it ill be able to pressure test the whole system. The whole assembly sits completely tucked up in the frame rail and the bracket is tigged to the frame then painted over. Its never gonna come off and I wont have to worry about bottoming out ripping anything off.

More than enough. My stock 350z radiator with one of the two stock fans cooled the engine perfectly at 503whp. This radiator actually has almost 3 times the area as the old one and this one fan is much more powerful than the stock one fan I had running.

Full 4" all the way back to the cutout.
