Default Hard Pipe Radiator guys

I'm in the midst of putting together a dual pass vertical radiator setup.

I am looking to setup the radiator hoses. My question is, would you recommend going to an aluminum pipe type setup, or just sticking with plane jane cut up radiator hoses?

im leaning towards that too. i have a tig so the welding itself is not problem. I have two concerns:

1. Sourcing the tubing and bends
2. Flex in the motor mounts. I would only connect these with short couplers.

As long as you have a hose coupler on each end, motor movement shouldn't hurt anything.

Ill keep everyone posted on how it turns out.

BTW i am picking up the parts to make my own bead roller.
