Default F1-C 403 Vette boost problem

guys
i got corvette z51 with 403 stroker

i am running 7.25 ATI pulley
Richerd racing 3.85 Supercharger pulley

Procharger F1-C

i had 10 PSI at the 1st beggining
after o checked the car and i saw some airleak From Blow off
Fixed all the car and its
12.5 PSI
what should i do ?
is this what i should expect ?
i have A&A brackets + Flip Drive + Moizer Water pump
which is there is no Slip at all
it goes to 12 PSI and keep from 5000 to 6500 RPM 12.5 PSI
should i change my supercharger pulley to 3.55 ?
wont i hurt the supercharger ?
cuz i thikn i will exceed the RPM limit for the f1c
please replay me as soon as possible ?

You could run the 3.55, but your RPM limit would be 6350 based on a max impellar speed of 74000. Or you could run a 3.65 pulley to 6500rpm and be at 73565rpm on the impellar.

Your either getting belt slip or your BOV is leaking.
With the Flip Drive, I run a solid tensioner above the crank pulley-the belt still needs to be damn tight-when I do it I have to remove the dogbone tensioner to get the belt on.

We would also need to know your camshaft specs to figure out a boost guestimate.

403
4 crank
4.005 piston -15
gaskets .051
camshaft
234/240 .576/.588 114+2
Richard racing F1-c Pulley 3.85
ATI 7.25 Dumper
A&A brackets + Flip Drive
i cannot See or notice any slip
when it Reachs 12.5 its keep 12.5 boost without even going down at all

No real solid way of knowing 100% what boost you should see, but I would be guessing about 15-18lbs??? Just guessing off of my 408.

What air filter is on it? I know some Procharged guys have issues with not having a big enough filter/dirty filter and that limits them on boost. Can you try taking it off and doing a pull?

well when it wass pulling almost 10 PSI
i opened the supercharger
and i put some bolts inside ( fixed the air leak )
also open the blow off valve
remove the air filter
and runned it in the street
had 12.5

now what i will do it change the belt
i am using 1400 Belt
i will go to 1395 goodyear
and i will see what will happen
otherwise i dunno ! i might shoot Nitrous ! and end the problem !
