I cant read diagrams for ****, can someone help me out? This is for a toggle switch to activate my dual stage boost controller.

#1 looks like an open circle on the package, I dont know if thats a fluke or if that actually means something.

#1 is Ground
#2 is constant +12 or more likely IGN +12 (only active when the key is in the ON position)
#3 is power to the device being activated

To light the switch needs power and ground. The above is impossible.
