Default Procharger Pulley install?

I am installing a new pulley on a D1SC. Do you use locktight and what do you torque it to?

How do you lock the pulley to torque the bolt?

i tried with a strap wrench but it wouldnt hold the 3.4" pulley past 20 lbs or so , so i went at it lightly with the impact. no problems so far and its been on and off a few times for various things.

is the head unit on or off the car? If its on and the pulley is full seated i would put the belt on it and tension the belt. then you can put a wrench on the crank pulley and let the belt tension hold the pulley. I am running an 8 rib and this method works on mine. If its off the car take and old belt and wrap it around the pully and grab the belt where it comes together with a pair of vice grips. belt has to be very tight for this to work though. This is a home made type of strap wrench but it gives you the most surface grip on the pulley.
