I have a 1991 tuned port injection 350 completely stock internals/intake/heads, speed density, p600 procharger, pushin 9 lbs, 24 lb injectors, walbro 255, bbk fpr, adjustable fmu, hooker headers, flowmaster exhaust, 3.73 gears, manual trans.

Check out the ZZ4 cam, 208/221. You really need to upgrade your TPI runners to get some more top end in there. The cam and runners will probably get you near 460rwhp and a better powerband.

What about switching to a edelbrock vic jr efi intake with a 90 degree elbow and ls1 throttle body? Or a holley stealth ram? Would one of those be an even better rout??

Yes. I'm not sure what your TPI computer will handle; you may need to change it out as well. At your present poser level you are also on the ragged edge with your 24lb. injectors. I'm actually surprised they supported 400rwhp even with high fuel pressure.

ive got a set of 42#'s if youre interested.
FMUs are a bandaid, not a solution. Youd be better off going up to the proper sized injectors and tune. You could probably sell the FMU to pay for most if not all of a set of injectors anyway.
As far as cams go. The ZZ4 would probably work just fine. You may just look into some 1.6 ratio rocker arms. You will need some exhaust duration and lift in order to get the exhaust out.

People are saying that the max lift i can go on my stock heads is .488. So idk about the cam idea anymore...

It wouldn't cost too much to step up to Vortec heads (they have a version that will go to .600" lift for <$400 each) and a Scoggins-Dickey Vortec TPI base manifold. Those heads are fully assembled and have way better flow than your stock iron TPI heads. Get a used ZZ3 cam and let 'er rip. Probably total around $1100 including the cam.

No, that's the older P600 or P600A. I think when they switched to the B it got upgraded. It works, it's just older tech. I still believe you could break into the 500's.

On the Jegs site it says (for that P/N): Special Note: Valve Springs - .475 Max Lift
Some great Vortec info here: http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s....php?p=3703860
Check these out, even better price: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/SUM-151124/
I would call and ask about the max lift.
ZZ2, ZZ3 and ZZ4 cams are all the same. Should be able to find a used one pretty cheap. Too bad I already sold mine. Is your TPI motor already hydraulic roller?
That's the right intake. I couldn't see the price. Edelbrock 3817 is the same style but too much $$$.

Yes it is already Hydraulic Roller.. I think i am going to go to junk yard and find some vortec's off something ( not sure what or which vortec head) then take them to a machine shop and have them put new springs and machine the guides.
Then a zz4 cam or a matching cam for the vortecs and boost. Then top it off with sc lower tpi intake. and some 42lb injectors? and a tune.

And the bigger TPI runners, don't forget those. It might be time to revisit a single plane and 90 degree elbow. You may end up saving $$$ and gaining some needed top end.
What's the lower manifold going for?
