Garrett has sourced out to Mexico. Back when I made the GT35 thread I had talked to my buddy at Garrett and he mentioned that they were in the process of moving everything down there. It's really a **** situation. They even outsourced the turbine engine facility so my dad and I have to look elsewhere for parts for our TPE-331s.

I'm currently talking with Billet Turbos about some ball bearing TD06H center sections for my APS kit. I think that's the way I'm gonna go for now.
