Will idle up a normal driveway incline in 1st.

As for narrow power band, a stall fixes that. Stop thinking in rpm and start thinking in mph. In 2nd gear my power band is from 40mph to 140mph. 3rd gear has a power band of 60 to 200ish mph.
that makes a little more sense to me.

thanks

Zombie or 1320, please explain to a "certain few" what altitude will do for performance. Their fast turbo cars won't exactly run the same number in Vegas. With sea level or a little above, I'm guessing 7-8 tenths faster with yours. Keep up the good work!

The air in vegas varies greatly. Race cars, can and do run good in vegas. Some compensate for the air though to get the numbers they run. The air in nov to feb is best...with it getting pretty bad from may t sept. If the da gets under 2000 ft its really good. For about 6-8 months the da will be 3500 or higher, seeing 7500 to 8000 ft in the summer.

All this....I dont think its 7-8 tenths, unless your comparing to atco, englishtown or houston (tracks like those, I know there are more). I ve seen many cars come from back east, running super gas.....and turn into super street cars here. My old GN would run 11.25-11.30 in vegas, and run 10.80's in pomona(the next day), on the same exact set up. Pomona is not sea level.

The basic problem is that sea level isnt that close.....I know a guy from bandimere, that runs 11.30's there, and in Nov here on one of our real good days of the year, he went 10.97.
