Keeping the A/C with Tube headers starts at $10,000.
Losing the A/C and running 6.0L manifolds starts at $7500.
Both require a BMR Turbo K-member. Both are one off buids built to order.

I have several Twin setups out on the road.

I have had a couple customers make 800+rwhp with a TC78 at 18-20lbs on race gas and very aggressive tunes.

How much power potential with the biggest T4 that will fit that A/C kit and a 402ci on race gas?

why would you pair a 402 with a single t4? some have but i wouldnt.
but you could get in the 900rwhp range.

I pretty Much take call 7 days a week.
I have to agree with Smokinhawk. A 402ci engine is better suited for a T6 turbo. We have a similar setup for the T6 crowd.

What size engine would make more power with a T4 and that kit? I like the price of that kit, but if I go turbo and go through the expense to do it all....I want 1,000+ RWHP out of it in the end. Full time race gas is fine for me as it'll be a second weekend car.

You have a T6 kit like that which keeps A/C????? Price for the complete kit?

Is it the same install pretty much, as far as how tough it'll be to install it?

The T4 setup is priced at $5800 and based around the TC78 turbo. Other T4 Turbo can and will fit but the DP would change according to the turbo. Then it becomes a more or less one off.

The T6 setup is priced at $7200-7600 and is based around the Garrett GT series turbos. 76mm-91mm. Yes it will keep the A/C. The install is almost identical except the use of a BMR Turbo K-member is a must at this point as it comes with a standard 4" DP. With the T6 setup you are gonna have to stand the radiator up and notch the core support. eigther that or run a small dual pass radiator setup mounted under the core support.

Here is the beginning of a GT91 Setup, and it will work with a gravity oil drain. No scavenge pumps needed.

Going 91mm, with race gas, whats the max RWHP this set-up will put down...with whatever cubic inch engine you say that will be optimal? Meth kit too?
I have an LSX iron thats in a crate so I haven't done a thing to it yet. I can do whatever I want to with it.

Assuming race gas, and aggressive tune, and a all that applies. The turbo itself is capable of 1300-1400hp.

Being you have an LSX block I would do a 9.5:1 408ci setup with some bolt heads in the 245cc range. Crank the boost up to 20+ lbs and 1100+ rwhp should be easy. It would make for a nasty street car. With A/C...
