I'm wondering if your not getting the fuel as you increase rpm. From the sounds of those plugs. Why aren't they wet? If it's that lean you will have stubbling and dieing also.

The idle is almost perfect. It's beyond me how I could have a vacuum leak with the idle so good. Its not until I crack the TB that bad things start happening.

I think if you had a vaccume leak you will notice it even at idle as a higher then normal rpm. My truck is sucking the orings out of the intake gasket and when I start it, it's up at about 1200 rpm and comes down to about 7 or 800.

Thats what we all said! We were confused when the tuner told us it was a vac issue.

My idle has never been over 900rpms. It is solid as a rock on cold startup.

Which is why I don't buy into the vaccume leak. I know Frost knows his tunes. Which is why I don't think there is an issue there either. I'm wondering about the fuel side. Injectors, fuel pump, or hotwire kit.

Also how does it run and rev with the blower unhooked?

Runs the same. Dustin and I disconnected the system at the MAF to eliminate the possibility of a fault with the blower or bypass valve.

Ok.

Air, fuel and spark.
Air: check didn't find any vaccume leaks.
Fuel: ?
Spark: All stock parts should work fine here with only the plug change.

Yeah, I said it. Go to the basics.

For fuel, I did the Warlboro 255 with Racetronix hotwire kit and Siemens Deka 60lb injectors. I have 62psi fuel pressure at idle. Gas is old, but I wouldn't think that would make a difference.

This is just one of those problems where you need to narrow it down and scratch out what you have done to try and fix it. You know when I was over there my eyes where burning so bad from your left bank when I was checking out your exhaust. The last time that happen I went through a clear cloud of nitro meth at a NHRA event. In this case of yours though I believe it could be that is was running lean.

Yes youre left bank has an exhaust leak in it for sure. Dont imagine that would cause this issue though.

I'm going to double check the part number on the injectors to be sure they are what I think they are...
