Ok guys we’re turning the corner on the kit.
I realize that we‘re way past May and I apologize
for the over run on the projected release date.
I’m posting some pic’s of the motor mount system
that a few people have asked about.
You guys have to understand that every area on the car has it’s unique challenges, and Chris works threw them
with the least amount compromise each part has to be engineered, fabricated, and a fixture needs to be created for it.
That part then gets modeled in CAD software.
A new part is made to the cad model specs, and if it doesn’t fit like the prototype the cad model is changed and another part is made until it does.
Then after all that is done the parts are put in the fixture
and welded.
If the part pulls and moves from the welding the fixture
is modified to compensate for this.
The simplest of parts can easily have 50-60 hr’s put into them.
Hundreds of photos and pages upon pages of notes.
It is coming, please be patient; it will be like nothing you’ve ever thought possible for these cars. Keeping
AC, stock radiator, stock fans and the alternator in the stock location with turbo sizes up to T4 MC-78’s.

looking great Rob, cant wait to put this on my car and push it to it's max for you.
when can i get my had on that k-member so i can get it installed while you finish up the kit.

After reviewing all of the aftermarket K-members we didn't find any that would allow us to
accomplish our goals.
So Chris decided to strip the cars' front suspension and motor mounts and make them fit the kit, rather than the kit fit them.
It's been a very interesting project to say the least.
Some how Chris just keeps pulling rabbits out of the hat, and finding awesome ways to package
this stuff.

i have taled to both Rob and Chris on the phone. both great smart guys. Chirs is a great fab guy.
i cant wait to push this kit for the guys.
keep up the good work. and let me know when you get the cold side done.

^^^ when you say waiting list. do you mean for the kit for just the people that wont it.
the nice thing is rob didnt take our money to make the kit. he used his own money.
