I seen mine was loosing oil pressure when I was racing bikes. So I looked around and found a 408 short block for sale and bought it and some tfs225s with rockers. Come to find out the engine was just a little low in oil.

I never buy anything till it breaks, so kinda got ahead of my self on that one.

congrats on the results!! nice videos...are you running twin 4.5 coolers or a front mount?

Thanks guys... much appreciated.

01Z28... one of the main reasons Id like to get this motor out is my daughter (shes 11) wants me to find a old Chevy truck to build with her for her first vehicle. Id like to rebuild my LS1 with her and use it in her truck. With a throttle stopper of course. lol

fatmat... Im running a 3" OBX FMIC.

99Ls1.. thanks! People used to think I was crazy to modify a 35thLE... it just looks 10xs better making fast passes.

tell them to get over it, its just a camaro. Thats like mustang people that get upset over people modifying 93 cobras.

sorry i was looking at the 2nd vid the wind sock was moving like crazy
