The track is now called Palm Beach International Raceway. It used to be called Moroso Motorsports Park. After Mr. Moroso passed away, his kids ran it (into the ground) for a while and then sold out. The new management completely redid the surface by pouring concrete the entire way down the track and added a seperate road course next door. The only problem was that they were cheaping out on the prep. They were crying the low attendance blues but the surface still sucked. I told them "if it hooks, they will come". They fired the track manager and my buddy Eric is doing it now. Now that the word has gotten out that they can get the **** nice and sticky, people are coming from all over the country to race there. Over the winter, we had ProStock and Top Fuel guys there all the time testing. It's pretty cool to see guys testing their top fuel dragsters and funny cars out there during a regular test and tune night. It's also cool getting tips from the REAL pros on suspension tweaks and general chassis theory. Those guys lay a shitload of rubber down for us little dogs to play on.

My car runs an 8.9 @ 153 with a launch boost of 8 psi and a .4 sec ramp (in the controller) to 19 psi. It ends up taking me right at about one second to get to full boost with the ramp. Cuts low 1.3's on the back tires pretty consistant set like this. I'm running the same 325/50/15 tire. I should note that our track prep has been phenomenal so this isn't a subpar surface that we are running on. It'll pull your shoes off in the groove if they aren't laced up tight. It's 1320' of fresh concrete with plenty of rubber on it at all times.

You can walk across our starting line with flipflops on and not worry unless it's a bracket race.

Listen close when we are backing up. This is back when my car was a 408 w/ spray. The other guy is FL98TA. His car was running 8.8 at the time and I was running 9.3's. His setup was new and mine was seasoned on the street.
