Your best bet is to search fleebay for a universal one. I know they have pretty thick core's for cheap not sure about the outlets though.

That intercooler looks almost identical to the ones on ebay. Probably is. And ebay probably sells them slightly cheaper, so thats how he got it cheaper than 160.

800 starting to push it. i wouldnt mind 500-600 especially if i will notice a big increase in performance, ie lower air temps and less boost lost.

How much can be gained by a good efficient inrecooler w/ 3.5'' tubing vs. a cheaper ebay style one with 3'' tubing?? Setup is in my sig

I was just looking to run an efficient intercooler for a 396 LT1 w/ AFR 227 heads fully ported w/ solid roller cam, single plane intake, with a F1A maxxed out, hoping for ~20-22 lb boost. House of boost told me I should run at least 3.5'' tubing, I'm not opposed to running 4'' but i dont know how much more of a pain it'll be to route through the car

CXRacing on EBay has their 31x12x4 FMIC with 3" in/out with 3" aluminum pipes & bends, silicone couplers, and t-bolt clamps all for under 200 bucks.
