Here are the prices that I know of

2.5"ID Manifold: $750.00
3" DP: $250.00
2.5" Cross-over: $TBA(I'd bet at least 300)

So a tenitive grand total of $1400 in upgrades if you allready have the T-76 kit, thats not bad it beats spending 6k on Robs kit.

I allready have the turbo, and the different intercooler piping, so all I need is to get the cross over and the manifold. Im going to make my own DP.

this isnt a bad alternative

thanks alot guys

that's cool. so $1300 for this plus the T76 upgrade ($1500)
is almost $3000. I'll have $5K invested in this kit total, including the purchase of the kit. Not too bad.

im getting ready to send the pictures as I type this.

is my math wrong??

here is what they said about the cross-over
We have just finished a under the motor crossover days ago. It is a 2
1/2 mandrel bent piece with the larger pro/deltagate flange in place. It is
placed under the motor close to the pan/K-member. Ground clearance is about
3", a speed bump would not be a issue however on a lowered vehicle something
in the road or a raised man hole cover could be trouble.

I need them to release these parts for sale so I can get the crossover and be finished with my car. looks like ill have to get that manifold eventually as well though
thanks

Well, seems we have a lot of new info here! All these upgrades offered by Turbo tech now have me thinking twice. Since I already planned on not using the T-60 that comes with the kit, I might be better off just buying the new log and pipes and piece together a new kit, no?

i`d buy The whole kit if you don`t have one already. The new t76 kits come with all the updated stuff i believe.

Yeah, but the old kits with the T-60 don't, and thats the one that my buddy has for sale. My reasoning is why buy the used T-60 kit, if I am going to replace all the major parts anyway, ya know?

Yea thats true. It all depends on how much fabrication you want to do. Figure this
$1300 for DP, crossover and Manifold.
$1000 for T76. (ruff guess.)
$400 for wastegate.
$250 for BOV.
$800 for intercooler.
$500 Alt. relocation bracket Don`t know a price for sure on this but i think this is a low guess.
$350 for piping and bends to make your own intercooler piping and misc other piping, hoses, fittings and clamps.
total $4600 if you don`t have to pay for any of the fabrication.
These prices might be way off these are guesses. So yes it will be cheaper but how much is the hassle worth Alot of the small parts are a real PITA to find.

Plus if you bought the used kit you could sell the t60 for around $500-600. And i`m sure the manifold, DP and crossover, which like you said is most of the hard parts would sell for atleast another $500-600 which would damn near pay for the upgrades.

The crossover cost 350 mild steel includes either a racegate flange or deltagate flange, discharge tube for wastegate

the same stuff made of 304 stainless is 575, this is what they told me today, finalized pricing. there going to try to make mine tomorrow after I call em up and buy the sucker

Im not going to get their down pipe, but will the manifold. The down pipeis way too expensive I think, I can have someone fab one of those up pretty easily.

does anyone plan to buy the manifold yet?

I want to hear a report on it before I spend the cash

tranny first tranny first dang it ed

the alt relocation bracket cost $300
as for fabing up the down pipe, i think it is going to be harder then you think, first all the bends arnt the easist to fab, plus if it isnt just the right shape it will hit your steering shaft/knuckle.
the crossover would be the easy one to fab, i had mine done at an exhasut shop pretty cheap.

I got quoted 375 for the crossover, and they said it would require the race gate to make 600hp and that was right at 300.

I think it would be better to buy the DP, I got mine for $150 about 4 months ago and it fit no prob. However, it is not a true bolt on, you will have to weld it together before the current location of the wastegate. I think buying would be well worth the trouble.

I still want to see before and after dynos to determine if the crossover makes a substantial hp difference. I know MYTURBOT/A said it made a big difference, and Smokin is making well over 500 with it.

Later,
Dave

I was suppose to dyno this FRI. But now i have to replace my clutch because it started sliping last weekend which realy sucks. I think you could make more then 600rwhp with the deltagate, But it might as well switch to the racegate if you have the $ .

Detroit Speedworks is dead. Look for Phil on www.MotownMuscle.com

He goes by INMID8 I think. Might be spelled differently.
