fastest turbo setup with stock cam

looking for some times on stock ls turbo setups running stock engine components. heads, cam, etc.. with exception of injectors and fuel pumps. we have a 5.3 with 317 heads and gt45 and are curious to see if we are on track or way off with out the ls6 cam change yet. 3100lbs s-10 with glide, 3.08 gears, no intercooler yet best so far with 5lbs of boost leaving so far ran a 7.29 at 102mph through the 1/8.

thanks for the info. we aren't off that far then. 5.3 with a 67mm turbo and leaving on 5lbs no intercooler, we might get there.

I seen your truck run out at Brainerd. Ive been wanting to talk to you about it I'm putting together a similar combo 5.3 with 317's and a custom turbo for my 3rd gen. I'll be running a precision 70 on it. Your truck runs good and sounds great.

thanks. i have never delt with these engines or turbos until this deal and i am sold just alot to learn versus the old traditional small blocks with a carb. my tuner buddy sam daffron of daffron innovations is the whole brain behind this deal, i am just the money and driver.
