It is fine. The shock towers carry most of the load, and the k-member is tied into the frame rails. I couldnt see where the top of the radiator support carried much load.We have done them with leaving the top of the support in and mounted the radiator under the top too. Just have to drop the lower radiator cradle a little. If you are really worried about it, you can add some tubing after the rad is in to build a structure. It is fine without it though.

Yeah if you can beat an 8.81 you'd have the GT47-88 record. Now to beat the quickest 88mm combo you'd have to beat MightyMouse I believe, and I think he's around an 8.71.

I've seen the data on the 8.8 pass and I can tell you with 100% confidence from the power management standpoint the car has a mininum of a half second in the tuneup. I would not be surprised if the setup ends up going 8.0s or high 7s.
