Someone should slap you in the mouth. Right square hard in the mouth.

There are kids dying from hunger in other countries, hell even in our own country and you're throwing around money like it's going out of style. That's just sick.

Just kidding, those kids should probably get jobs if they're hungry, and why the **** should you care - you have a sick *** Z06

Can't wait to see that thing make a pass down the track, and that it will be street driven makes it all the more bad ***.

Full radiator is going back in, car will still be a street car, just no ac and a manual rack.
Any reason you decided to ditch the powersteering? i have seen some electric powered tromote pumps/tanks and they seem to work REALLY well. Often used on race cars with crampt engine bays.

Are you running 2 wastegates? If no any issues with an assymetric setup like that? Looks awesome.

With only running a single wastegate off 1/2 of the engine, the main reason you shouldn't do it is there will be greater wear on the 1,3,5,7 side of the motor. The pressure differential from the 1357 to the 2468 bank will be surprising. It will effect how the motor runs under boost and as it comes up on boost also. I've done testing and I'd add a 2nd gate.

There are two tial 44 waste gates. I know I responded to someone about that. The second one is on the drivers side bend facing down so you can't see it in these pics, but trust me it is there.

Mark,

Your old motor is doing well. I have put 5K on it with no issues, thanks to you and Jason. I wish you had your old turbos and stuff. I could use it for my C5. Your build looks awesome. Spoke to Brandon and he told me a little about it.

Thanks Adam, glad it is holding up for you... I now have another "old" motor like that one... I think it is going into a 67 Firebird I just picked up... watch for that build soon.

As for this one it is getting close... hope to have it running by the weekend, but we will see.

Damn! I can't browse this forum anymore. Just too many sick builds. Makes me wish I could win the lotto so I could build something like them.

Finally a car that can give those big turbo Supra's a run for their money down in Houston next year. They have been using the GT55's since 2005 and its nice to see a car such as the new Z06 running a variation of one. I have always wondered why no one would venture from the twins to a large single and I am glad you have officially made the jump, and you did it the right way without cutting corners.
