High compression with a turbo

Alright, bringing this back from the dead lol
I have a stock block lq4 with prc 2.5 heads, a 102/102 top &42lb injectors.
I don't know what my compression is, because I lost the paperwork on the heads and tsp has changed systems since I bought them. They were set up for an ls1 with a 238/242 624/624 113 lsa cam, but ended up on the lq4.
I've been told with the right cam, fueling, and tuning, I could boost it.
Is this true, and what would be a good direction to go in with the turbo setup and fueling? There's no e85 nearby, so I'd like to keep running 93.
I've been considering picking up a 5.3 and giving it ARP treatment along with my current h/i setup, since it's loozing like the lq4 has blowby on #7.
Recommendations?
