Finally had a nice day to let er go at the track. Wow was I surprised with the trap speed and pumped to finally run a 9. Picked up 13mph from my previous best and 10mph on my 1/8th. Now I need to work on traction next. I sprayed a 50shot the whole way down the track.

It was time to get new slicks so I decided to get the MT ET Streets so I can run at street legal races.
I purchased 28x13.5's.
New 28's by old 26x10's

I already moved the bumpstops in for the 315/35R17 MT Radials and rolled the fenders. Plenty of room on most of the inside. You can see its close to the front in one spot on the driver side and even rubbed a little in the back on the passenger side while driving. I pounded those spots so it doesnt hit.

After a few test drives and go pro videos of watching the tires, the tires rub on the outter fender where it is already rolled. The top inch or so of the tire rubs. I will be added air bags to temporarily fix the problem and get the back jacked up 1-1.5 inches.
Here are some pictures of the tires on the car

looks big but nice! lol how long til you get some track results? i wouldn't think you'd need a 50 shot on that turbo with 408 cubes though. what's your .ar on it, still a 1.08?
do you know what mph it'll run on 18psi w/o spraying it? 147 is movin the fugg out at 4000 lbs!! lol i bet it's a little fun to stop.

I would guess about 146 on 18psi. I ran today with just using n20 for spooling and ran the following:
9psi: 10.5@134
13.5psi: 10.2@141
13.5psi up to 20.5psi towards end : 9.97 @148
Thanks man, they worked pretty good today so far but rubbed on the back of the wheel well. It wore through the plastic and hit a little metal which put a groove in the tires. I will clearance that before next track day and should be good.
