Thanx MightyMouse. I'll look closer how can I seal my original MAP sensor in place, without removing LS6 intake. Will have to use mirrors probably
So RTV is fine in there? I was afraid it might get sucked in under heavy vacuum...

You can tap the back of the intake it is plenty thick, we have done this on a lot of cars. Ideally you don't want the map sensor mounted upside down as it can get moisture to sit in it and cause issues.

if you dont want to tap the intake (FAST etc) can you T off the Break Booster line and get a good signal?

it was under the cowl and worked perfectly for 10 years.

thats what keeps your ac blowing through your front vents and not just at your feet
