Default Starting 5.3 turbo E85 build?

Wantted to start this project for a while, finally got some of the other stuff done.
I want to put a stock turboed 5.3l in and 95 camaro and run it on e-85.
Question is what turbo? t-70,t-76 or should i go with a garret 45 or something like that.
Anyone use the masterpower stuff, how dose it compare to a garret, turonetic? Dose it need to be a ball bearing turbo? not looking to max it out.
I would love to see it make 600 RWHP.
is that posible? use truck manifolds.
What size wastegate and BOV. 40mm?
I've heard that at 10-12 psi i dont need a intercooler?
how far can i go on e-85(its a 5.3).
I dont plan on driving this everyday, its just something else to spend money on.
Car is completely striped can i still use the stock k-member? or would it be easier to just buy a Bmr k-member. Anyone have pics of there set-up with a stock k-member(maybe from underneath).
I will fab my own crossover pipe, and exhaust.
Thanks guys should be fun

I think that he was talking about the wiring, gages and computer. If it's a racecar, no big deal. That's all extra weight.

on a twin 370 we made 650 hp on a mustang dyno on 12 psi and 19 degrees of timing. twin pumps and 80lb injectors are maxxed out we think.

go 72+ on turbo sizing
it will make 600 easy
use truck manifolds flipped
38mm+ on wastegate and it doesnt matter on BOV
use a intercooler CX racing on ebay run $120ish
80# injectors twin 255's in the tank
buy a LS1 k member
buy a harness from speartech or have them modify yours

Going to run fuel cell instead of tank. Have a aeromotive a1000 is this big enough?
Need to get a controller/booster.
For $120ish i will for sure run some kind of intercooler.

truck manifold setup will be enough, since u do not require a/c. there r lot of people run the economy Master Power turbo's power level you r asking for can b achieved with a MP T70, or just do the MP T76.

as for intercoolers this is what i think i used on mine
