You are really going to want gears. I run a 3.46 gear with my TH400 in my GTO with 26" tires. Freeway speeds here are 65mph-75mph posted, so I'm at 3500-4000+ trying to go with the flow. Plus turbo's like load, so dropping down numerically will make that thing pull like a beast.

Do you have room to mount a quick spool valve in there? If it doesn't spool how you like with the 1.32.

http://www.sound-performance.com/

Edit: Just realized they want $500 for a spool valve. It's probably cheaper to just change housings.

gonna be swaping gears when i can, might run what i got right now due to money, cant do the quick spool valve not divided housing, already called forceinductions they dont make this turbo anymore so im stuck with AR unless i find one used or something.

gonna be running a 28" tall tire eventually and switch to a 3.25 gear. if i have spool issues ill spray the car

At least your gears don't cost $600 like mine do. I'm gonna switch them and it kills me I have to pay that much. Plus an install kit and labor. Gonna be $1k for new gears. Then I may as well put in a True Trac while I'm in there. There goes another $550. Needless to say gears will come next year.

got a little work done in this humid weather, ran into an issue tho

with the turbo blanket on i cant fit the water pump on(hitting the snout)so got 2 options run it without the blanket which i think ill have over heating issues due to how big this thing is an limited spacing between radiator and turbo. OR buy an ls2 waterpump or meziere pump . just when you think ur done spending money lol.

oh ya the camera i borrowed took a **** also lol so looks like ill have to fork out money for a camera also

I need about 1/2 inch to clear it

I think Josh had Shearer make a few for him. Hit him up. It's just a bracket that moves the ps pump in tighter to the motor (side to side). It's a nice piece and the that Steve got for his car has worked out great so far. Not sure if that is where you need the space though without seeing a picture.

Just curious how you plan on routing your down pipe over the k member. You mentioned that you have all UMI front suspension, so I would assume you have a UMI kmember. I have the same kmember and am going to run 6.0 manifolds as well, but I dont see any way to fit a down pipe around the UMI k member unless I run somthing like 3-3.5''. I was planning on selling my k member and buying a bmr turbo k member.

ya i called shear monday, and his unit pulls the powersteering closer the the water pump so that wont work i need one to push it towards the driver fender.

I talked to kurt today ill be picking up my pushrods and my flexplate that he modifys from tci tomorrow and droping back off the motor and turbo hotside for him to fab up a bracket for the powersteering just gonna cost me 75 bucks an hour in labor so i figure another 300bucks gotta pay to play

I would think that would be an easier bracket to make.
