Lol, if you hate cutting up your car then youre going to hate standing it up.
Cut a little. Test fit. Cut a little more. Test fit again. Over and over until it works. Then you clean up the areas you cut. Done. Shouldnt take more than a couple hours.
Why are you wanting to stand it up? Most of us are running radiators in stock position.

I put the vert. griffin in mine last weekend, im not scared to cut on mine though, but if you look in this thread Clicky there are lots of ideas. But I think there is one pic relevant to your interest in there where the guy recessed it enough that he only cut the top support for the cap to go on.
