is there a reason your using coated manifolds instead of say a custom header setup? seems it would help get all the air out that you are putting in, but i'm not much of a turbo guy so I dont really know. If anyone knows why please tell, knowledge is power!

manifolds will flow fine, they are using them to keep heat in, custom headers have more surface area and allow heat out, even when coated, and this decreases velocity as well, two things that are very detrimental to the spooling of the turbos.

RC's 440ci engine will spool these turbos just fine. This car is going to make INSANE power on just boost only, im not sure we will ever need the NOS, but ya never know...

The heat exchanger gets good air, the pics are deceiving. And yes the hea exchanger is mainly for street driving only for when we are only running staight water.
