*aps kit with kando carts update* Just a little update for you guys out there who have the Kando(Ebay) centers or were looking into them. I just got back off of R&R and put some more good hard miles on them. When I got home the odometer was at about 37k and now its right around 40k. This brings the total to about ~5-6000 miles on em so far. I def put the car through its paces and haven't had a hint of trouble yet. No surging,smoking or anything like that. Boost still comes on hard and fast
To be honest, I wish I woulda got these before spending money on LG replacements ( not to bash LG,very reputable stand up shop) just because of the price and the fact they got stolen

Glad you're having a good run with the Kando's. Not trying to burst a bubble here but a few guys think these are genuine MHI, they are not. Did you notice they had a Taiwan shipping address? The import guys who've been messing with that company for a lot longer than us say all these CHRA's are also Chinese made. The return address for service on a bad one is also Taiwan. They also go by a few different company/ebay names but packages leave the same building.
Thanks for the heads up Public. I was never to concerned whether they were legit or not, just that they would work for a while. I plan on swapping them out down the road but they're just fine for now.
I swapped a set of these into my turbo's this spring (That's the wheel in the avatar 
). So far so good. No smoking, no drips and the car rips just like it did for me on the original set-up. My original turbo's wore out after 2yrs & 25k miles and were smoking when I loaded them up. I am only 500-600 miles into the Kando centers now. So time will tell.

I am only 500-600 miles into the Kando centers now. So time will tell. I am on the stock 7lbs of boost with mine. I had the car on the dyno yesterday and it made 512HP/524TQ. These new centers spool way faster than the stock APS ones. We compared my dyno graph from when it got tuned at this same place and the curve was a lot more gradual. Now it jumps up and stays flat. 
I can't complain as I got 2yrs/25k miles out of the old turbo's before the seals crapped out. Hopefully these new centers will last longer.

Does anyone know what the extreme turbos are in the Fbody extreme APS kit? I have the upgraded turbos and the numbers are ground off, so I have no idea what I have.
At least with the base kit, they are mitsu T20Gs
