There is no problem with a rear mount as long as its well planned, if the turbos are sized properly then there will not be any lag. We went to the rear on this car for a few reasons. 1- they would not fit up front, and 2- I wanted to keep the heat away from the engine bay.

I have no doubts on Josh's Turbo kit design, but I am interested on how the lag will be on this. The turbos are huge and not in an optimum position, it will be interesting how they react. There is always nitrous

Well I just finished a rear mount set up on a little 383. It had a t6 frame gt4788 and it spooled by 4k rpm on the street. Now Rc's is 440 cid with T4 frame turbine housings. I think it will be good. The entire hot side will be ceramic coated as well as wraped.

you *******,....you guys got me thinking my 67's are gonna be too small. tight work on the build and goals.

what gearsetare you guys using,..or better yet, what's the final drive?

Stock TR6060 trans(Z06 ratio) with fully built RPM/Quaiffe 3.42 rearend.
