Default 4th gen LT1 to 5.3 turbo budget

Well not a build on the cheap and not trying to make 1000hp. More planning to take my lt1 to a 5.3 turbo and trying to budget for what it would take. This would be a winter project and plan on buying a lot of used parts,so will take time. I'd like to get 500rwhp out of the combo and drive this car on the street with all the comforts. I don't want to spray and I don't want to build it N/A, and I'm not trying to build a 1/4 mile car, in the end want something that moves but doesn't make me deaf in the process. The suspension and rear are in good shape so that is accounted for already.

Here's what I'm thinking I need: ($6,685 so far)
Engine (5.3 LM7) $500
Intake $300
Injectors $150
throttle body $300
LS1 Harness $300
411 PCM $50
ls1 z06 cam $100
used Fbody FEAD w/ AC $450
Fbody Oil Plan kit $320
transmission
used ls2 clutch $50
used ls2 flywheel $50
used ls1 TO assembly $50
use LT1 MC ? reuse existing
Tick Stage 2 (lt1>ls) $2,100

c6 manifolds $125
Turbo Hot Side Materials $200
Turbo Cold Side Materials$200
Turbo (MPT70/MPT76) $600
WG (38MM) $250
BOV $150
ebay Intercooler $140
Vbands $150
Silicone connectors $150
conversion motor mounts for LT1 BMR kmember ????

guys that have done it, let me know if I'm missing anything. Also need to figure out how much I can sell all my stuff for to get the net cost of this project. I'll be welding/building all myself, that's what I like the most

I am doing the same thing you are doing. I am in the process of getting a 5.3l pullout complete from a truck. I have an unused OFI hot side that I will put on the motor. I plan on using a Chiseled performance air-to-water intercooler setup. This is going in a 94 formula. I just got the BMR th350 trans cross member and torque arm to go with it. I already have the trans and converter. I plan on using the double pump set-up thats in the sticky in the fuel section. You have a good list of parts there.

HA! 7 years! geez! life and kids will do that to you . A few projects in between moving etc. As it sits the 94 currently has a 4.8/LS6 cam/intake th400 and runs on a 411pcm. It's driveable N/A. that's it.

In the next 7 years, plan is a turbo or twin but looking to keep A/C. I'm too old now to not have a full exhaust and A/C on a weekend car.
