Default t3 to 3 inch tube adapter?

I ordered up the primary tubing and head flanges to make some custom turbo headers but I want to know if there's some adapter so I can weld a 3 inch collector to a t3 turbo flange without having to hammer the edges and for it to have smooth air flow. I know stainless works have it for a t4 but not for a t3 any help or tips are appriciated.

Its is very uncommon to go from 3'' pipe to t3, 2.5 is the largest transition I can find for going into a t3 flange.
