Need your opinions on turbo motor and setup

Need your opinions on turbo motor and setup Its time for me to get serious guys.I want to start off saying im looking to go 8.70s.Now you see my current setup in my sig.Im getting my motor done up this is option 1
370al ls2 forged rods pistons
120lb inj dual fuel pumps
ls6 intake 91mm t4 turbo
th400 brake stall s60 rear
modify the engine to accept 6 bolt heads
option 2
ls2 al 408 with some sort of t6 based turbo probably 98mm
and everything that the 370 would have plus crank of course.
Now my ? is would i have to stress the 370 so much with the t4 turbo that it could compromise durability in the long run with the times im looking to run or just do the 408?Keep in mind this will be a street car that will see alot of street racing and track.Somewhat budget minded ive already have the t4 system so if i keep that it would save me coin thx in advance o yeah ill be on e85
