What is the PSI on the procharger? And yes run meth, it'll lower your IAT temps. It's much better for the car and can add a large amount of horsepower, though when you get up to high power levels, a 'large amount' is all a matter of perspective

From what I've read from builders like Gayle Banks....each 15psi increase basically doubles your HP each time...for a V8 only. So 800 would be a good guess.

Marcus, I highly recommend running methanol with an F-1A and the ProCharger twin intercoolers. Bob

Yea that's about the power range I was thinking.
Thanks for the advice, I guess I'll start looking for a methanol kit.

I agree with the rest and say 750+. I make over seven hundred at the tires with a D-1SC, twin high flows, and NO meth. IMO, and I'm not starting an argument here, is do it right and run a front mount intercooler. Especially with an F-1A those twin high flows are not efficient enough for that blower. I called ProCharger awhile back and they told me that the twin's are only rated at 750hp at the motor!!! Well I'm making well over 800 at the motor with my setup, but at 15psi I am at those twin's limits.

Get a front mount, weather you choose to run meth or not it's your decision but I'd say don't, yes it lowers IAT's but meth to me is a band aid for doing it the right way. It's also an alcohol and alcohol is corrosive. Corrosive+expensive internals= bad idea. Just my thoughts, that's all, don't need to start an argument here because I know people will read this and think WTF?!
