its a 5inch smoothed to a 4inch. under the driver seat it has a 4inch dump, then it shrinks to 3inch out the back through a slp cat back with center mount.

Im running e85 as well with dual walbros and stock lines no return up front, and 96lb. Injectors... only pushed up to 11lbs and 15degs timing so far so good, but im sure im prob only good to about 750rwhp with my fuel setup on e85

So maybe I missed something, but how did you manage to push 17psi and 988rwhp on E85 with only 80lb injectors? lol Otherwise congrats!

injectors are 80lbers at 39psi. i turned the regulator up to 65psi base and through almost 20psi on top. plus i added twin 14gal nozzles of alky. it flowed enought to get into the 10s a/f on E85. My pump is a magnafuel 4303, the big one with -10 feed and -8 return. I put a bulkhead in the bottom of the plastic tank. It works great. I through the plastic washers away on the bulkhead, grinded out some large washers and used them covered in JB weld to seal it up, it clamps on a much larger area. No leaks with a -12 feed to the pump. i have some 1600cc injectors coming now and im selling my alky kit in the for sale section. its the trunk mount setup from AIS.

Tuff did some testing back in the day with his 408 nitrous engine. He was having issues with pushing water on a large shot. He pulled the engine apart, half filled the block, put it back together. He ran the same tune up with zero issues of pushing water. Bottom end stability has a lot to do with not having to deal with pushing water. Of course the alky, o ring, 1/2 studs, etc... don't hurt either.

Whats the purpose to o ring the block and not the heads? I was under the impression u need both for a better seal. Nice numbers also.

I would guess he is using a copper wire in the block that lines up with the fire ring on the gaskets to put a little more pinch on them. Imports have been doing this for years with stock mls gaskets and it works good. Just have to get the depth and wire size right.

Wow cjg454ss! This is almost identical to my build, it's actually almost the same beside the block fill. If you don't mind PM me the cam specs and PM me info on your oring setup this looks interesting. Thanks.

I really like where you put your radiator. It is WAY forward. I guess that means hoodpins. I may have to do this as I intend to go to a bigger turbo eventually and I hate the current pusher configuration. It just isn't as efficient.

Do you have a graph from the Dyno to see where it peaked at?

Thanks,

here is an update. i took the alky off, added 160# injectors. I maxed out the magnafuel 4303 at around 850rwhp on e85 on 15psi. i may add alky back on or another pump. maybe a 4301

Great numbers, congrats!

I'm confused though, what were your max power #s on the 80# injectors on e85 and at how much boost?
