Interested to know what fuel system specs are, tank, pump, lines etc,???
Im running e85 as well with dual walbros and stock lines no return up front, and 96lb. Injectors... only pushed up to 11lbs and 15degs timing so far so good, but im sure im prob only good to about 750rwhp with my fuel setup on e85
Thanks

injectors are 80lbers at 39psi. i turned the regulator up to 65psi base and through almost 20psi on top. plus i added twin 14gal nozzles of alky. it flowed enought to get into the 10s a/f on E85. My pump is a magnafuel 4303, the big one with -10 feed and -8 return. I put a bulkhead in the bottom of the plastic tank. It works great. I through the plastic washers away on the bulkhead, grinded out some large washers and used them covered in JB weld to seal it up, it clamps on a much larger area. No leaks with a -12 feed to the pump. i have some 1600cc injectors coming now and im selling my alky kit in the for sale section. its the trunk mount setup from AIS.

Tuff did some testing back in the day with his 408 nitrous engine. He was having issues with pushing water on a large shot. He pulled the engine apart, half filled the block, put it back together. He ran the same tune up with zero issues of pushing water. Bottom end stability has a lot to do with not having to deal with pushing water. Of course the alky, o ring, 1/2 studs, etc... don't hurt either.
