Some very helpful information in this thread for those of us currently in a turbo build. I too have the Magnafuel 4303 pump, but I plan on running 93 pumpgas so it sounds like the pump will be adequate for me. I can see that I need to go ahead and upgrade my 60# injectors...
Thanks for taking to time to share your build and your success. It helps motivate those of us who still have a ways to go on our projects.

Sounds like you have a nice set up on your fuel system. I'm trying to set up a budget system similar to yours. I'd like to try to utilize dual walbros and my stock lines to feed a stock LS3 intake/rails(ie - avoid the big $$ pump/SS braided lines/aftermarket fuel rails/etc.). It sound like you've successfully done what I'd like to do. Can you tell me what brand injectors you're running? Are you happy with them? Do you know what duty cycle they're at for the 11 lbs and 15 degs you ran? What RWHP were you at for that set up? Thanks!

So what is the general concensus on this? Are the L92 heads sufficient enough to make 900-1000 HP without pushing water on a non-filled block? I would love to run L92's on my upcoming build but worried about the thin deck on them and having head gasket issues.

id say 18psi with the block oringed with some mls.....yes it will work. remember if you had a 6 speed you would make 1000rwhp easy. th400 id say 850-900rwhp would be possible without any issues.

so without o-ring the block how much can cope before the heads lift up??

Ok im not new but when you are stating "filling" or Half "filled" you are refering to cementing the block or am I way off and what has to be accomplished to Oring your setup be it heads or block or both

I'd like to see a comparison with a similar motor with thick deck aftermarket heads and no O rings or filled block.Great info and amazing #s.I'm surprized the half filled block wasn't more of a heating problem.I figured it was a track only deal.
