2 reasons

1-we broke the block. It seems the lsx block isn't as strong as they claim it to be.

2-GM won't let a Ford body in the drag radial class.

I dont see why we have a race once a year, and only get 5 cars show up to race? Whats up with that?

here comes that pressure again.

So let me get this straight. You want be to build a small block with a single turbo that will not only be reliable but also outrun 600+ inch big block twin turbo combinations. Or am i mistaken?

We dont need more power. All we need is a motor that will make the same power as the 438" and be able to run at 2950-3005 and go 1.14 60's. I think its going to be tougher to go 1.14-1.16 than it is to make the RHS/Canted valve heads reliable.

4.70 @ 164 @ 3385, going to 3000 or 2950 with a 1.15 60' is going to run with the big blocks with no additional power. I never said we needed a motor that made any more power. More power is a plus.

If any of the 6xx" big block guys get the 60' figured out, there is no way we can run with those guys. **** Hance just went a 4.54 @ 175(6.78 @ 204 clicking it off early) on a 1.25 60'.
