Default My Build Thread: PT88, Iron 346, 6spd, Pics/ Vids

UPDATE VIDEO PAGE 3, update 3/20 now going th400 swap


Yes Another Turbo Build I figured id share with you guys some pics and what not. Please feel free to chime in with comments or questions. Id like to thank Trev ss for helping with the build as well as all my friends that helped out, Trm8tr for the turbo kit, mity mouse for the fuel, Ray @ fortress performance for custom cross over pipe and fab work, Jason @ TDP for the built trans and clutch. Havent decided who is tuning the car yet. Will be running 16-17psi for now but i have boost controller that is setup to run around 22psi for future.

I went from:
Built LS6
Stock 241 heads
Trex Cam
N20
4.10s
Built t56

Car has been down for almost 2 months while I did this

Iron 346 Fully forged, JE pistons, Callie Rods
Stock 317 heads
Pat G custom Cam
PT88 .75 AR Front Mount Turbo. .96 exhaust. Keeps Stock Kmember, A/c, and power steering, and doesnt require you move the alternator. ( TRMN8R's Old kit)
Dual Walbro 255s
-8 feed, Stock feed for return
Speed Inc High Flow Rails
80# injectors
31x12x4 Intercooler
3.42s
Built t56

i like that you didnt move the alt. or lose ac and kept the radiator in the stock location.are you running pump gas?

itll be tuned for 93 but i plan on running c16 for special ocassions

4'' intake 5'' exhaust.

plan on making at least 720rwhp on 16-17psi

What is the big buldge under the heat wrap on the exhaust pipe? Built in muffler?
Also what made you go with a 88 if you dotn have 1k in your sights?

i do have 1k in my sights lol but i knw it wont happen once i got th400. it has a race muffler in the down pipe

once i get a th400* which will be in about 6 months or so. I wanna try and max this thing out on a t56 first.
