yea i noticed that about the 165, has to be a little weird to get used to. good luck, Mock up for the first one looks great BTW

Good work man. It takes true fab skills to make headers that don't look like a frankenstein-esque creation.

I ordered more material for the driver side, the build cost is now $700 for material and shipping.

Flanges are from Stainless Works, everything else is from Columbia River Mandrel Bending.

ya columbia river has great pricing on metal tubing etc., but their vbands arent what they used to be as well as their tbolts, they are pretty cheap quality

That header used an entire ultimate built kit minus one U bend and the straights.

Im sure josh can take care of you, but i get my 4" and 5" stuff from verocious motorsports and reducers from specialty product designs inc. If you need a 5" to 4" reducer in stainless i might have an extra i can sell as well if you cant find one.

Finished mocking up the the driverside header. I left my passanger header sitting on the table and it fell apart, lol. So I had to put it back together and tacked it, I had to leave for work before i finished putting the last piece you can see missing. I built these knowing spark plugs will have to be changed from the bottom. They are super close to the tower on the driver side, I will clearance it if I have to after I welded it up.

I ordered material for the crossover, downpipe material, a Tial 44mm wastegate and a Gt88. Josh hooked me up with some good deals, thanks again man!

Build cost so far is $2,750
