Is there a better turbo than a tc 78 that's the same size?

Back pressure Guys who are have back pressure problems what size dp are you running? won't a exhaust cut out help that a little? I have a 6.0 with a pt 76mm turbo with a 96ar with a 3"dp and i dont seem to be having issues. It still pulls through 5k hard. I havent dynoed it yet to see exactly whats its doing but feels like its pulling hard.
