Check your 330' I would think you might be loosing it by then if you are not spooling up fast enough. That thing has crazy MPH

Yeah Andy has been creeping up on a 5.1 1/8th, looks like he's got a great tune so it's just a matter of bringing more power in sooner.

Jay congrats!

10sec rx7, I don't think I have you on the PlanetLSX Quickest LS Cars list, though I do have a few RX7's on there. Could you email some info to me at john@motorsports-media.com.

I don't think I have much, if any, left in this combo so I'm sure my pass will fall early next season. I need to find a sponsor to toss me a nice 6 bolt motor of some sort! lol. Give me something with 6 bolts, an a2w, and a bs3/xfi and watch the **** out!

I like 6 bolts, I like a2w but wouldn't bother with changing the stock ECU, it will do just fine

Ok, find a way to get me a killer 6 bolt motor and I'll take care of the a2w and we'll see just how far we can take it!

I'm not sure my slip reads.

60' 1.30
330' 3.487
1/8 5.214 @143.65
1000' 6.692
7.941 @ 180.32

?????? Do those numbers seem like I'm lacking in a certain area to you?

Craig from Craig's automatics in Sydney has been low 8's on a stock ECM. I want to say he has been in the 8.0's - 8.10's.... I'll see if I can find his best time to date... I think he and Pete were seeing if they could get the car into the 7.90's.

Edit: Here is an older thread (2006), where they went 8.30's @ 163. I'll have to give Pete a call and see what the current best time is. As I said, I think its low 8's...

http://www.ls1.com.au/forum/showthread.php?t=60925

The engine is still on a soft tune with only 12lb’s boost and 6,800rpm shift point making just over 1,000hp and the car is still heavy at 3,048lb’s race weight so there is still plenty to go!

60’ = 1.19
660’ = 5.33 @ 130.25mph
ET = 8.39 @ 163.55 mph

Actually, the motor in my car came out of car that was 3500lbs and didn't go very much faster in my chassis with a better 60'.
