According to his earlier posts and other threads he has mentioned these new gaskets he has do not require any machining at all.

I'd like a clarification on price and machine work needed for the headgaskets.

Do these head gaskets need to be pretty close to your exact bore size to be effective? My build might be 4.065 or 4.080 but would love to run these.

All gaskets need to be close to bore diameter. Otherwise it can detonate easy on the edges.

And I am assuming you have no intention of making the sizes I mentioned above? What is your recommended tolerances?

I can have them made for what ever bore you want. But it can take som time.
I have 4.0-4.060" and 4.125" bore in stock. It´s for each gasket.

Does this cut into the head? Like if I wanted to use these heads on a different engine would I be stuck with the receiver grooves cut into the deck?

We need more info, I am VERY seriously intrested!

Yes they cut into the head. If you want to use them with another gasket just mill them 0.1 mm and the grooves are gone.

Stock size ARP.

My old engine had stock heads. 28 psi boost with 91mm turbo. 1360 hp. I ran 8.0 in 1/4 mile with that setup.
