Default Incon TT Owners. Please help:(

To make a very very long story short(er)... About 10-11 months ago I bought a Incon stage 2 TT kit for my 2002 WS6. (Some of you may remember me talking about it.)

The guy I bought it from claimed that the kit was New and 100% complete. Turn out it was new....But not complete. The guy also did not metion that everything is in peices. Which leaves me with lots of parts, nuts, bolts I have no idea what to do with. From what I can tell. The kit is complet except for the Y-pipe and Turbo's.......OR Turbo peices I should say. The compressor housing is there, and the wastegate manifolds are there but all the Turbo internals are gone....The turbine and everything...Basicly I just have the shell's of the turbo's....

I have tried everything with this guy to get my money back or some kind of reimbursment... The guy claims that he sent every part and the kit is complet. The guy also insured the packages for about $3000. But when he found out that the sender of the package must file the insurance claim. He refused to file the claim..... Basicly it comes down to me having to sue him...Or try to salvage some of my money back by selling an incomplet kit. I would have already sued his *** but the guy lives in Florida and I live in Washington. Come to find out the trial must take place in Florida because thats where the transaction started. So im just kinda screwed.

This is where I need help.
I'm trying to get my hands on a Parts list so I can find out exactly what is missing in the kit. It really looks like I just need 2 turbos and a Y'pipe. All the more custom parts seem to be here.

SO Is there any guys out there that can send me a copy of the parts list?

This crap has been so F'n depressing. I spent so long saving that money only to be scammed! Any help would be greatly apreciated!

I also have pictures I can post/send, of the parts I do have. Or what few parts I have of the Turbos.

Thanks much guys!!!!!!

Those center sections are a lot of money.

This should serve as a buyer beware. There are a lot of Incon kits that are missing these parts. Make sure you see the kit in person.

There is a guy on LS1.com "red WS6 99" who completed his kit. He will know exactly what you need and where to get it.

So you are missing the CHRA's and the y-pipe. Sounds about like my kit when I bought it from Incon, although I was missing brackets, compressor housings, etc. The CHRAs are Garrett gt2535 P/N is 446-179-32 Lingenfelter or Limit engineering can get you these for probably around $600 each, you will most likely need o-rings, j-rings, bolts to mount the CHRAs in the compressor housing and exhaust housing. I should have the instructions that came with the kit, I could email you. But they won't help much because the instructions assume the turbos are mounted on the exhaust manifolds along with the dump tubes. It not hard to figure out assuming the manifolds turbine housing, and dump tubes dont have to be modified like mine did.

With about twenty minutes of work the flowmaster 2.5" to 3" y-pipe will work, its about like $100.

Call John Craig at Limit Engineering. He knows the incon kits well - he's rebuilt the ones I have two or three times...

For a few hundred more you should try to get the gt2537 CHRAs, I think they fit in the same housing. Be strong; be proud, as long as you have the manifolds you can move forward, without, dead in the water.

I have never actually seen at gt2537 advertised by anyone. You could of course get a 37 compressor wheel and the T03 compressor housings and machine it out a little. If garrett does not make that particular CHRA you would just have to get it balanced which will be painfully expensive. Just depends on you power goals. I would just get with John Craig at Limit engineering and your goals and he can spec you out a turbine and compressor. He can then machine out the T03 compressor housing and the T25 turbine housing or bump you up to a T04 housing and a T28 or T30 exhuast housing.

What's up with people these days? I have been fortunate to deal with some very honest people but some of these clowns amaze me. I work hard for my money and if somebody did that to me, I would quietly head his way and see if I could bring him around to my way of thinking with a little "persuasion". I just sold a convertible boot cover on ebay and gave free shipping to the "Buy It Now" buyer. He didn't realise it and paid me shipping anyway. Of course I refunded his shipping and he was VERY appreciative. Just seems like people don'thave any self respect sometimes.

That really sucks. I hate dishonest sellers. Let me know if you need any other help. If you want to send me the pics. I can tell you at a glance if anything else is missing. I've had a few of these kits.
It will all be worth it once you get it complete and on the car. Boost makes everything better. Good luck.

The guy's name is Patrick Battisello, from Orlando FL. Email address is "nastynotchback". He claimed he had worked for Incon. He had a good history with ebay. He also seemed like a nice resonable guy, untill the **** hit the fan. After that, he didnt do anything he said he would.
