Thanks for the props guys, Our Chassis guy is Bad *** . But very slow,
Next to be done is the parachute mounts, Intercooler piping (thinking of using frame as boost charge pipe ) then complete removal of everything for paint / powder coating.

That front inlet looks angry in the head on pic. Headers look unbelievable. Is this car gonna give atomic a run for his money or what? With the advent of details outlining his new build, would they be considered the same class of car relatively speaking?

Our plans are to run the Drag Radial class

We will be posting updated pictures shortly.
As for what we have been working on:
- Marcella Intake and 125mm TB shipped. (Finally)
- Cutting out factory firewall and installing metal firewall and Lexan windshield
- Fabricating the through-the-frame-rail charge pipe.
- Dual Parachute mount and air launchers completed.
- Rear suspension being assembled / mocked-up.
- We are making body modifications to fit the 315/60-15's.
- We spec'd out and are ordering our data logging and complete electrical setup.
Thanks for the interest in our build

Looks great Shawn! I have a newb question for ya-
When it comes to specifying an engine I assume that parts are chosen based on goals and budget. When you sit down or talk to a customer, how is an engine specified?
HP goal
FI or NA
Street or race
Budget
etc.
????
I am just curious as I have followed a few of the higher dollar builds that seem to have the best of the best and 'no' budgets to speak of.
Thanks,
Andrew

everything is dictated by budget. You have to remember that there is always a better part. Everything is a compromise of cost of part vs. stength of part for the application. If there was no budget-we would be building $1,000,000 engines, but man would they be awesome.
I wish i had a couple customers that just wanted the "best" with no budget or even a very open budget-man could i show you guys some things.
