I was talking to Dan Crower, not only does he grind cams at Crower, he can regrind stock LS cams, hes done a few of then, comes out to 212/218 .525/.525 115 LSA, If I recall. The base circle becomes .050" smaller. The induction hardening used on stock cams deeper then case hardening used on SADI cores most aftermarket cams are made from.
Don't wanna quote price but he charges around what a used LS6 cam would sell for.

Just an FYI, I scored on 'Vette Forums for 40 shipped, and theres a few other folks who have them for sale.
If you not sure if yours is a 02-04 Z06 Cam, this is the factory stamp on the front;
