OKAY, so the port tube on the top/passenger side of the throttle body is caped.
Is that just a little neoprene cap?
How is that not blowing off with boost?

Not sure, its a tight fit cap though. Seen 17lbs many pulls on dyno with no issues and plenty of street time around 13-14lbs so i guess its not going anywhere

Very nice !!!! The car looks like it is on its way to the 8's for sure. Ques: Are you monitering the car and the run afterwards? The car sounds awesome and the mph is sick! I want to do a turbo set really really really bad. Was this your first attempt at it? excuse the million questions but you documented very well. Thanks

The port on my throttle body is just open. I had the piece that was in the truck throttle body with a cap but it doesn't fit in my UMI LS3 style throttle body. Any ideas how I can cap mine? I was thinking the same thing. It may be TB since it just blows air out the hole.

Thanks! Im not logging at all at this point. I would like to but at this point I was glad to get it to the track before the weather came. Maybe next year I will but just trying to get it to hook so I can get that 8 sec pass. This was my first bottom up turbo build. Ive had numerous turbo cars that were built before I got them though.

Not sure all I did was got an advance autoparts/autozone vacuum cap packet and found the tightest one to slip on and its never popped off yet.

I understand that. My problem is I need the metal tube that fits. I have the tube from my stock intake but it doesn't fit in the hole on my LS3 style TB.

Well after a couple long days and all nighters the components have all been rewired and the new dash and relay control panel is done. Im very pleased with the outcome overall. Still cant believe I used a piece of wood in the car from the beginning. I guess I was in a rush to get the car running last year. Hated how all my important gauges were down at the tunnel and when I really needed to see them I did not want to take my eyes off of the road/track.

Got the Afco coil overs assembled. Had to compress the spring a little to get it all assembled due to running the 10" spring instead of the standard 8". They are beautiful, cant wait to get them on so I have a full set of afco d/a all the way around.

put a headlight on the turbo side, now its true street legal per the rules...shitty pic looks better in person/better light

and got the new ss door panels installed
