I emailed them to verify the correct address to mail my turbo. That is the plan right Alex? For me to send mine in now? Or do you plan to?

ok guys, look at this once

I know the garrett published turbine maps are simplified and mostly of no use but it makes me wonder

look at the turbine map for the GT40 turbine which is very very close to the same size of the F1-68

then look at the map for the GT42 turbine which is the same wheel used in the precision GTS stuff (75mm)

again over simplified but is it suggesting that the 40 turbine with a large A/R can flow more than a 42 turbine with a small A/R? or is it just showing that the max efficiency of the turbine is raised to a higher pressure ratio by going to a larger A/R. Again i don't know but it makes me curious

40 turbine (68mm/77mm) F1-68 is (68mm/79mm)

and here is the 42 (75mm/82mm)

everyone call justin at comp and tell him what ar and dp you want. Tell him that your part of the ls1 tech group buy. Mention Alex in Chicago and he will know what your taking about. He can give us a price after we all call in.

I don't mean to be one of those flaky kind of guys but I've been off work all week dealing with personal stuff alittle more important. Life has kicked my *** the last few weeks and my car going a.couple tenths.faster isn't a.priority. Just want to be honest as I live on ls1 tech when times are good.

Is some one else sends there's that would be great. So just call comp, let them know what you want. Then Ill call next week and see how many officially called in and we will get our price and get it done.

Alex
