^^^ so asked, my TC76 is sitting in my closet. the reason im a little nervous is because ive seen where extremely expensive compressors have been sent to shops for various different reasons in the past and been damaged. Im willing to help the crowd but i refuse to get fucked by some cheap **** **** sucker (pardon my words) who droped my $1k turbo on the floor and says "sorry."

I don't mean to be one of those flaky kind of guys but I've been off work all week dealing with personal stuff alittle more important. Life has kicked my *** the last few weeks and my car going a.couple tenths.faster isn't a.priority. Just want to be honest as I live on ls1 tech when times are good.

Is some one else sends there's that would be great. So just call comp, let them know what you want. Then Ill call next week and see how many officially called in and we will get our price and get it done.

Alex

Just spoke with justin, he says there are at least 10 housings on order and it may be a few weeks till the orders are confirmed, money changes hands, and they are produced and shipped.

Did anyone ever find out if the turbo inlet flange and vband exit will be in the exact same locations as the original Turbonetics housing? I understand the housing itself may change size but what about the flanges? And do we have a "current price" with the 10 orders so far?

Maybe I'll give him a call Monday. I'm not even going to consider doing this if the housing won't bolt right in in place of my .96. If I'm going to change my pipes around I'm going to be stuffing in a much larger turbo haha. Plus I doubt I'll be able to sell my coated .96 housing and I already have a .81 sitting around that I cannot sell.

Hey Is your .96 undivided. I got a 1.15 but for some reason they sent me a divided housing. I have major back pressure and was wondering if the .96 undivided would get rid of some of that.. not sure what I should go with... or who to listen to anymore....
Lmk if you want to sell it.
Thanks,Chris.

I'd sell you my undivided .96 if you want but honestly it probably won't be an improvement over your divided 1.15.

I suggest you call Justin@ Comp Turbo and ask him, he does work there he could probably tell you with a little more certainty.
